DO NOT GO THERE!
After long time discussion the sell man did the offer and we agreed on the price , before signing I saw that he forget 2 shelf , so I asked him to correct it he said next time you come for the check list you can add them ..so we did sign. They had an offer if you buy a kitchen and of course we heard nothing about!!!!
While doing the check list I asked for that 2 shelf I had to pay 240 euro extra. He has forgotten that we agreed on paint sample of the color! They wanted me to pay for that as well I refused and I wanted to cancel the whole order! And I wish I did! The nightmare started after.
- Other 2 part were missing! The top was other weird color guess it was cheaper (good I saw that) had to go back to the shop to change and was bit of issue to change it.
After the technical went to measure, he sent us an email of small change! One cabin will be 60 cm instead of 70 cm. in the mentioned only this change!
After looking in print he sent I saw that the space between kitchen sides will be smaller of 10 cm! So I went back to shop and asked why is that ? the answer was first only one cabin will change because the corner is not 90 degree! When I asked about the lost space he face got red and was no answer, I said I will refuse the kitchen if the spaces is less because it will become 80 cm and it’s very little.
Fine , he made 3 cabins smaller of 10 cm just not to lose the space . Simply they have no vision and art of doing kitchen.
Other day looking in the final drawing they sent I found out that the 2 shelf I paid extra are not there! So go back to shop and ask for that... ahh yeah we forget to add them!
The kitchen arrived and second day is the installation.. OMG … one wooden side facing the living room 2 cm/60 cm shorter ! Other one 30 cm by 200 cm ! 2 shelves are much bigger than supposed to be! The installation guy had have to cut them and looked so ugly. And most important thing a door was damaged and it’s very clear it’s fabric damage and not a transport which means really bad quality control!
And of course another night started … going to shop for over 5 time … it will take them 4 WEEKS to fix the missing parts …
The customer service is really rude and not friendly, called once asking about the person is dealing with issue but he is not there I asked to possible to leave message the answer was : here his email address do it yourself !!
Now the kitchen is there but not complete and I can even put tiles because of that and they are refusing to speed up the order or even pay compensation!
The whole experience has been a nightmare , very unprofessional stuff and truly not impressed with their quality at all.
5 years ago I bought another kitchen went to the shop ONE time and kitchen was Perfect! With Tulip I have been there over 20 time and the kitchen is **** up
